Rapier Rules Signed at Eldern Hills 10/27/2012

This brought our Rapier rules in alignment with the new handbook guidelines of only calling out differences from Society.

The most important item of note is that as of January 1st, light rapier blades (such as foils and epees) are only allowed for Youth Rapier and training purposes. They can no longer be used in official Rapier activities such as tournaments and melees.
